AWC is a not for profit organization founded in 1909 in the days of print journalism. Created over 100 years by 7 journalists, AWC paved a path for thousands of women in communications of XIX century.
Nationwide Presence
Association for Women in Communications South Florida (AWCSF) is one of 34 chapters operating across the nation, and connecting women in communications from variety of disciplines including marketing, corporate communications, publishing, digital media, PR, advertising, and more. AWCSF members are women of all ages and include students, professionals, senior executives, and business owners. These like-minded women from diverse age and groups are united by common passion for communications.
